Behind the Creative

Tracey Bureau is the artist, storyteller and founder of behind Jupiter Trine Creative, a creative wellness sanctuary where ritual and story create space for reflection and return.

The Why

Jupiter Trine Creative was founded to provide a space to breathe, when life through creativity during life’s overwhelming times. When responsibilities and emotions weigh heavily, creative practices offer a simple way to pause and regain balance.

Through practices like coloring, journaling, and lighting a candle, Jupiter Trine Creative creates space for women to reflect and restore calm. It is a sanctuary for small moments of peace when life feels loud or emotionally full.

The Creative Philosophy

EXPRESSION

Expression begins when emotions or experiences find form. This might happen through coloring a page, writing in a journal, or simply allowing thoughts and feelings to move outward through creative practice. Expression gives what was held quietly somewhere to land.

01

RESTORATION

Restoration follows through the repetition of small, calming rituals. Practices such as coloring slowly, lighting a candle, or sitting quietly with a page allow the nervous system to soften and the body to settle. The rhythm of these moments creates space for breath and presence.

02

INTEGRATION

Integration happens gradually as reflection deepens. Through story, journaling, or quiet contemplation, experiences begin to make more sense over time. Nothing here needs to be rushed or resolved. Meaning simply settles in its own time.

03

The work inside Jupiter Trine Creative moves through a gentle rhythm: expression, restoration, and integration. These three movements are not steps to complete, but natural phases that often unfold when creativity and reflection are given space.

The Work

Ritual

Ritual offers small creative practices that help the body return to presence. These may include coloring pages, reflective journals, or simple sensory practices that encourage calm and quiet focus. Ritual allows emotions to move without requiring explanation.

Within the sanctuary, the work takes shape through two quiet doorways: ritual and story.

Story

Story offers spaces for reflection through narrative. Through storytelling and journal-style writing, women often recognize parts of their own lives reflected in shared human experiences. Story becomes a way for thoughts and emotions to slowly find language and meaning.

Both doorways move within the same gentle rhythm of expression, restoration, and integration.

A Human Note

Before this space existed, my days already included small personal rituals…candles lit in the evening, incense curling through the room, cards on the table, Astro dice rolling across the surface. Meditation and yoga were part of that rhythm.

But during my mother’s treatments, her passing, and the season of life that followed, coloring and journaling became the practices I returned to most. They gave my mind somewhere to rest and my emotions somewhere to land. Jupiter Trine Creative grew from those quiet moments.

I will love you forever, Momma.
