These practices offer simple ways to spend time with yourself when life feels full, loud, or difficult to hold all at once.
Story
Story begins in the middle of things: after loss, during change, in seasons that have no neat name.
Set in small lake and ocean towns, these are stories of women moving through life as it changes, one conversation, one decision, one ordinary day at a time.

I’m Tracey.
Jupiter Trine Creative grew out of a season that changed the way I live, breathe, move, and create.
What began with coloring slowly became part of my daily ritual and mindful time. It was more than a creative practice. It became one of the only places where my thoughts would ease enough for feelings, grief, and everything I was carrying to begin moving through. It was also where what I pulled in cards or cast in astro dice could settle into view, giving shape to things I needed to see, know, or process.
What grew from that was a way of living more mindfully and intentionally. Ritual and reflection became part of how I moved through that season, and Jupiter Trine Creative grew from that experience.
